Licensing Agreement
252 Basics(TM) is a product of The reThink Group. Its funding comes from licensing rights purchased by churches and organizations like yours. We request that all parties adhere to the policies outlined in the agreement on a "good faith" basis. The licensing agreement allows reproduction of printed materials for distribution to the children and families within your church's or organization's environments during the period for which the license is purchased and granted. This permission includes duplication for distribution to staff and volunteers through print reproduction, email or electronic creation onto CD. We also give permission to teachers and leaders to customize editable materials within the doctrinal guidelines of our statement of faith. These formats are required to maintain the specific copyright language included on the provided editable documents. Churches and organizations are allowed to use all or any part of these resources for the purpose of creating a relevant environment for the children participating in their programs.

Payment of a licensing fee for 252 Basics materials entitles the user to one year's limited access and use of resources on this web site. Materials are provided on a rolling availability with up to four months of materials available at any one time. This access and use is restricted to employees and volunteers of the subscribing entity and may not be transferred or sold. POSTING OF ANY 252 BASICS MATERIALS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, ON OTHER UNSECURED WEB SITES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. An exception is granted for the specifically designed email versions of "Refrigerator Door" and "GodTime" parenting pieces. Portions of the content on this site are editable text and may be changed to meet the implementation needs of the licensed entity only. Editing for the purpose of redistribution or repurposing is strictly prohibited.
Retrieval of archived curriculum materials: In the event that you require materials that are no longer available on the website, retrieval is available for a fee of up to $25.00 for a complete month retrieved.

The MPEG-layer 3 (mp3) format is an unsecured audio format.
We provide MP3 format files as promotional tracks.
The following restrictions apply:
- Local playback: unlimited
- Permission to burn audio track to CD: 2 times
- Permission to transfer audio track to MP3-enabled portable
device: unlimited
Any reproduction for commercial resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy
All 252 Basics license terms are 12 months.
Cancellations are accepted within 60 days of account sign-up or renewal with the following fees imposed:
1) $50.00 cancellation fee
2) $200.00 for each month's curriculum previously downloaded
Only one cancellation per curriculum license is allowed per organization.
THE TOTAL REFUND DUE WILL EQUAL THE ORIGINAL LICENSE FEE PAYMENT, LESS THE $50 CANCELLATION FEE AND ANY APPLICABLE DOWNLOAD CHARGES.
